      The site maybe down , also try contacting them via there home page and tell them there will be a troubleshoot section on there page

          Apparently there is an issue with this game site. This is the message on their help center right now:

          "Due the high volume of contacts we are receiving, wait times to speak to a Game Advisor are higher than normal. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, and we greatly appreciate your patience while we connect you to a Game Advisor. We look forward to assisting you as soon as there is a free agent."
