        Most of the time 6-8 weeks for a vacation or scheduled business trip.  In Emergency see the site Ducky suggested.  You may need a Visa as well!

          For an expedited one, you could get it within 3-4 days.  The cost is $195.  My mother just had one done.


          For regular delivery of 6-8 weeks, it's $150, I believe.

            A couple of months if you're an American. Half an hour and $2000 bucks (from a different channel) if you're not.
