Tour, Store & Museum Holiday Hours
The Spangler Store & Museum is open! Great gifts for your family and friends!
If you are in northwest Ohio please stop by to see us. We are located approximately 10 miles south of the 80/90 Toll Road. Take Exit 13 (State Route 15) south to Bryan. Turn right on Mulberry St. The Spangler Store & Museum is located at the corner of Portland and Mulberry Streets, next to the world-famous Dum Dums factory!
Public tours of the factory are available on our Dum Dums Trolley Monday through Friday (summer) or Wednesday through Friday (winter) 10 am to 3:00 pm ET. There are no reservations. Tours are on a first come, first served basis. You may wish to call ahead for information. Store & Museum admission is free - tour prices are shown below.
Due to safety and FDA regulations, the trolley tour will not go through the main kitchen areas, but will go through the candy pack-out and warehouse areas. Candy cooking and forming in the kitchen areas will be shown via a DVD player while on the trolley tour.
Factory tour prices are: Adults $5, Children 6-18 years $3, Children 5 & Under Free with paid Adult, Seniors $4. Tours will not be offered on any day that is a holiday for the factory. Current Spangler holidays include New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve Day. There is no admission charge for the store/museum.

The museum features historical information in a timeline fashion, along with samples of products and other artifacts from years past. A video history of the company runs continuously in the museum. Through the museum experience visitors will learn how our company grew from one man and some baking powder to the world-class hard candy company it is today.
The store offers Spangler products, gift baskets, and "Save Wraps for Stuff" items. Also featured are Dum Dums t-shirts, hats, candles, and other items with our brand logos.
