You have what you have. Without surgery, there really is no way to enlarge it. All those ads are scams. If they really worked, all men would be able to compete with a horse's appendage. 

Lay down in front of the steam roller, and have someone drive over it again and again and...Now that you know how to do it, what is it going to be used for? Playing horseshoes?

You never mentioned the degree of turgidity required, or even the shape.  What if the elongation causes your new "tool" to look like a tape worm?  Soft, noodle-like, and long.
