    NO!

I cannot stand any of the above,if I treat someone with respect and good manners I expect the same in return, sadly nowadays "respect" seems to be rare.

So very true and sad there seems to be very little respect around these days - a different world to where I am coming from such a great shame.

    Hi Grandpa!
    doolittle

Maybe I should brush my hair and put on nice clothes- naaah, I still respect you! Plus my cat is on my lap- can't disturb the cat!!!!
    TSC

    I respect that. :)

Not if it's harmful to others. Why would anyone tolerate bad behavior? It takes a village to create a good social environment. No one should tolerate bad behavior.

You and your corners! :) LOL!

THEN WHY DO YOU ENCOURAGE MY WIFE TO PANHANDLE "ME ?

    Because YOU need it!

It depends on the situation. If speaking up will change matters (and  not make it worse), I will diffidently  speak up,,,,,,,

I do not see unkempt as bad behaviour there can be countless reasons for this, and judgemental does not help here. As Colleen says if behaviour is harmful to others it should not be tolerated - it can also be harmful to the person behaving this way.

Absolutely zero tolerance, attention seeking, ignorant, or those entirely lacking in social grace are either avoided or if that is not an option are swiftly told""

My you're looking rather pretty today :) You just got your teeth whitened didn't you?

Thank you,I can get nasty looking when I'm cranky

I must have tolerance. Many aren't in touch with their true emotions until they see them in the eyes of another.

Some are just waiting for someone real to come into their lives, instead of people who can only repay evil for evil.

    Not so much anymore.
I will often cast a disapproving look at a rude A.H. "stranger".
If I know the person, I'll say something.  "That's not appropriate."  "How rude." "What the ***k is wrong with you!"  That kind of thing.......

BOb .WHAT IS THAT WORD YOU ARE TRYING TO SAY ***K .SLOW AT PICKING UP AS IN PHOTO !

Spare the rod and spoil the child.  The answer is NO.

Hey lindi and I came up with all sorts of bad and annoying behaviors that we plan to torment your neighbors with! I'll try to find the thread!
    Chiangmai

I'd like to see that. :)

Wow!  This describes the fans at a lot of sporting events- add drunk too. "Welcome to America"

Only America has drunks at sporting events?
    doolittle

The combination of drunks and uncouth, loud, interuptive, behavior- with an occasional fight and throwing up all over a stranger. Nice.

I'm pretty sure you can find this worldwide. ;) Except for maybe at a cricket match. They call it cricket for a reason. The sound of crickets come from the stands.
    doolittle

Have you ever been to a cricket match? I have. I'm thinking it's one of those sports that's fun to play but...yawn...not too exciting to watch. Kind of like golf.

I've never been to one but I've attempted to watch one on TV. I lasted about 10 minutes. Golf is actually exciting compared to cricket.

I think you are right! I went to a cricket (non-pro) match in London. That was one lonnngggg game (really wasn't to long- but it sure did feel that way!)

If i am in that persons company, no i would not tolerate bad behaviour.

Bad manners is everywhere these days, it's not necessary  and I don't like to see it . Trouble is, in the UK if you say anything to anyone who's being rude and uncouth you just get more abuse. Although we had a lot of problems at football matches about 20 years ago, but the law has cracked down on that now.

""And the answer would be NO

(; yes, so I can "LOL" what a sucker he is!! HA HA :))

Loud and inerruptive behavior goes along with having too much to drink. I will eventually say something, but its like talking to a wall  and they get even lauder. Best to ignore them.
