I love nothing more than a big fat Greek salad with all the trimmings, I sometimes have one delivered to work with a few pasta dishes and salt and pepper calamari for meetings.....everyone shows up, and no one likes the meetings!!!

Anybody have a good way to wash salad greens? We have a lot of frozen vegetables because I think they are a lot safer and cleaner. I do love salad though.

I love salads! The trick is to make them as colorful as you can- then you know you are getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need! With a few nuts, or beans, or cheese you have a meal! With a juicy fruit for desert! and chocolate! Chocolate is important! Don't let anyone convince you that chocolate is not good for you- that is total hogwash!
