Personally I believe that our country economically speaking, is really based on consumerism. You see advertising everywhere about everything. What to wear, or eat, or drink and even think. It's sad that we spend so much time wanting things that we can't afford. What does this country even make anymore? Do you remember when Wal Mart was a new store? Almost if not all of their products were made in the U.S.A., now almost everything is made in China.
That's why there's so much credit card debt in our country, because we want what we want and we want it now. Yes we are a country of consumers, just go to a sports event and witness for yourself all the advertisements. Not that you would have to do that to notice. I was just trying to get you to spend more money on stuff you don't need, ha, ha.

I am not good at percentages, but I would have to say the have nots which are now the regular working class are being used as so called "cash cows" because it is our taxes that are being used.
