If you are speaking about a house in the USA, there is no new health care. It is a tax bill that dictates what health insurance companies can charge, what they must cover and dictates that the people of the USA must buy health care or be fined. It also dictates (they like to use the word mandate) anyway, it dictates that medical equipment that was once free of tax, now be taxed.  This is taxation without representation as it is the dictator president forcing this on the American people without due representation. If you see a tax from the sale of your house, it will not be because of the new tax law as the law will not be implemented until 2014 IF it does not get defeated and removed first. 

American's do not live under a dictatorship. We are a democracy. We the people tell our government what to do, it does NOT dictate what we must do. This is according to the US Constitution, something Obama likes to wipe his butt with.
