i believe weight loss is essentially a common sense approach, a decent diet,lots of fruit and vegies, protein and exercise also cutting down portion size of meals is more likely to reduce weight and lose weight long term rather than any pills or meal replacement drinks,I think the old saying is correct in, eat like a rich man at breakfast, a poor man at lunch and a pauper at dinner
