I am unable to use the wireless on my router
I used to be able to access it, but it suddenly stopped. I can use it if I plug it directly into my laptop, but I can't use the wireless. Is there some kind of plug-in I need to download? If anyone can help me figure out how to make it work, then please help. Thank you!

I'm not sure what you were doing but you would not plug a computer directly into a wireless router. Where you plugging the modem into your computer? That you can do.
Update, I just checked mine and do see that you can wire a computer to it. I just learned something. I also have 3 jacks. Have you tried all the jacks on yours?

Yes, that's how you can hook more than one computer to it. I can use that, just not the wireless. I can't figure out why I can't use it.
Contact the company that makes the router. You can find their webpage with a telephone number on line. They will be able to help you and talk you through what you need to do.
