Got an error message after backing up a hard drive and re-installing a new one. CS5 was backed up but I can't get it to work after re-installing.

I get the error message that the "application has moved from the location where it was previously installed. Some setting need to be repaired". After clicking "repair" I get the error message "You cannot use this product at this time. You must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help." I've had CS5 for a long time and can't find my disk in my "carefully organized" (yeah, right) computer room.  Is there anything I can do?  I really need Photoshop!!  I assume you have my legal data. My name is David Rethoret and when I bought it my email was <retandgram@att.net>. It's now changed to <retandgram@cox.net> HELLLLLLP!!
