Can I bring my pet to Sunriver Resort?
We have pet-friendly rooms available in a limited number of Lodge Village guestrooms and suites at our Oregon hotel. A selection of our homes and condominiums also accept pets. Please call for availability: 800-801-8765.

What is the nearest commercial airport to Sunriver Resort?
The nearest commercial airport is located in Redmond, Oregon (RDM), approximately 35 miles or 45 minutes by car north of Sunriver. The airport is served by United Airlines/United Express, Alaska Airlines/Horizon, Delta and Allegiant. Does the Resort have a fitness center?
As a guest of our Oregon resort, you have complimentary access to the Sage Springs Club, a modern conditioning center that includes Cybex strength circuit, Precor treadmills, elliptical trainers, climbers, upright and recumbent bikes, advanced movement studio and a three-lane indoor lap pool.

When can I book tee times?
As a guest of our Oregon resort, tee times can be made as soon as a reservation is booked.

How can I play Crosswater?
Guests of Sunriver Resort may reserve tee times and play the exclusive Crosswater Club golf course.

Are there bike trails in Sunriver?
We have 35 miles of paved bike trails for both walking and bike riding at Sunriver Resort. Use of rollerblades is prohibited in Sunriver per the Sunriver Owners' Association rules. The Concierge desk can provide trail maps for off-road riding as well.

Where are the swimming pools in Sunriver?
We have four pools available for Resort guest use: Two pools are managed by the Sunriver Owner's Association:
• The pool at the new Sunriver Homeowners Aquatics and Recreation Center (SHARC) opening May, 2012.
• The North Pool is located at the Woodlands golf course, and entrance is complimentary by showing your Resort Guest ID card.
• The Lodge Pool is available to Resort guests and requires a room key for entrance. It is located adjacent to Lodge Village accommodations.
• The indoor lap pool at the Sage Springs Club and Spa is available to Sunriver Resort guests and members.

Are baby-sitting services available?
For activities during the day, Fort Funnigan is available for children ages 3 to 10 from 9am to 4pm daily during the summer months. Night programs are also available from 6-9pm at our Oregon hotel. To request a reservation for a Ft. Funnigan program, please call the resort at: 1-541-593-4609.

Does my unit have a DVD player?
There will be at least one DVD player in each of our Oregon homes and condos. Lodge Village and River Lodges do not come equipped with DVD players but do offer in-room movies.

Are there coffeemakers in the rooms?
Yes, in all units.

Does Sunriver Resort have room service?
Yes, offering limited menu selections and seasonal hours. Room service is offered in the resort's Lodge Village suites and guestrooms and River Lodges guestrooms. Please call 541-593-7980 for hours of operation. Pizza delivery is available to private homes and condos.

Where can we eat?
Sunriver Resort has five restaurants: Merchant Trader Café for informal deli-style meals; Owl's Nest for microbrews and informal dining; Meadows At The Lodge for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Zeppa Bistro at Caldera Springs for gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, salads and ice cream; and The Grille at Crosswater for fine, intimate dining. Seasonal hours for Meadows at the Lodge, Zeppa and the Grille at Crosswater. The Grille is open to Sunriver Resort guests only. There are also several other restaurants in the nearby Village Mall area.

Do we need linens?
No, the Resort provides all linens. In Lodge Village and River Lodges guestrooms, the linens are changed daily at this Oregon hotel. Homes and condominiums come equipped with washers and dryers.

Is maid service included?
Daily maid service is included in Lodge Village and River Lodges guestrooms. Vacation rental homes and condos are cleaned prior to guest arrival, but not during their stay.

Who is responsible for cleaning the units at departure?
Sunriver Resort is. Excessive cleaning or additional hot tub chemicals may be an additional charge to guests.
