    can i sue social services for gross misconduct when i was younger even though i am now 33 and am having flashbacks

    was put in 13 foster homes 2 boarding schools 2 childrens homes and secure unit from 10 till 13yr old the 24 prisons combined time of 12yrs , they gave me antiphycotic drugs when not diagnosed i now suffer from numerous problems and i know and believe it was down to the lack of care and professinal intervention to why i am now not "right" i sure i am institututionalised am i beyond help or am i entitled to it?

    Anyone can sue for anything they want. Find a good family lawyer who deals with state children. Talk to him/her about this.

    it is so much harder in uk than usa colleen no one can b bothered but it really getting me down
