Pretend that every woman is your superior and treat accordingly. Don't put yourself in a position to be alone with ANY co-worker.
LEGALLY? Can't think of a thing.

When you are in a work situation always give the females there the same respect you would like accorded to your wife/daughter/mother/sister.

Don't allow yourself to be put in situations where this may be a possibility, if someone requires personal care, ensure there is someone else with you-document- everything including any comments that may have been said, and I would suggest you raise your concerns with the appropriate people and as Bob has said, I doubt you can legally protect yourself from future actions or accusations,

You are protected from claims of unintentional pregnancy legally. you are still vulnerable to VD so don’t go wild with this thing. The thrill of potential pregnancy is something you can choose to discuss or not.

Secretly record and film your encounters. A cheap audio recorder can record voice for a week and some cameras can take a photo at various intervals. If you commit no crime most folk will not accuse you. My paranoid friends use devices like that to enable them to go out in public and then later review whatever, before realizing aliens were secretly editing their tapes.
On that note, always be in the company of others for moral support.
