Starship trooper armor and in love with a girl.  That does not compute.  
 If you are too worked up to have an intelligent conversation, just hold off for awhile and concentrate on establishing a cordial friendship.  Get involved in group activities and invite her to join the fun (ice skating, picnics, other social times that don't require "pairing up").  
I know a couple who hung out as a group for several years. They were friends. One day the guy asked the girl to marry him (mid 20's).  She said "yes".  They had never "dated".  Truth.  

Your a bit young to have found the love of your life, but if you think your in love ask her out, be respectful to her and see how it goes. If she likes you too it may be the start of something wonderful, otherwise just learn from it.

we have gone in the same class since 3 now we are in 7 and she like the same things as i. its because i love her so much and if i not ask her soon are there maybe some one else there ask

You have to be going out with her for awhile. You didn't say how well and for how long you've know her. You don't just go up to someone who you've only been out with once, or twice and say  "I love you "  In fact someone said you're 13 ?  That's too  young to be dating, but I guess you can go over to her house and sit on the front porch swing with her.
