You should be able to find a centrifugal clutch that will fix you right up. That is what is normally used for those.

You might have to hunt around a little harder for a clutch that will fit a 7/8", but they are not impossible to find. Most centrifugal clutches are made to fit on a keyed shaft though...that would be a factor though.
