The result of dividing the number of my answers by the number of my questions is a ridiculous 20. Colleen’s number is 326! This makes me feel like asking everyone for an apology.I’ll ask one more before I take a two week vacation and once back I’ll try to change. What is your number?

I'd call this number the "Helper index"

If you like numbers.. try taking your karma points and dividing them by the number of your answers this will give you your average points per question.!

Good suggestion except I would divide the Karma points to the total of all Qs and As since one gets karma points for Qs and As .The resulting number will be a measure of popularity of your Qs and As...

Just relax and enjoy yourself valR.  This is not a competition and no one marks your paper with a "PASS" or "FAIL".  We all answer questions that, in one way or another, are of some interest to us. You are doing just fine!      :)

I went through this exercise out of curiosity and my love to play with numbers. After seeing how low my number was I concluded that I am not a great helper and made a commitment to become a better one while enjoying myself as long as I will be part of the akaQA...

I have had bouts of compulsive counting disorder that had me doing math computations for hundreds of physics problems that seemed so important at the time and now I am so glad that I haven’t scrawled all over the walls where I am or filled reams of math gibberish that no one wants to read or understand. Life was passing me by and all I had to keep me busy were numbers and symbols until I went to mental health professionals and got help with my problem….not the math part, but my own thinking.
