Yep...Eat Healthily...fruit veg,meat,poultry(Sorry Ducky)...(Hide)!!lol!....cut down on fried foods/chips/fries..whatever you call them...Alcohol in excess piles on weight!!...keep a food journal..to see for a week just everything you are eating..it may surprise you!..and then make changes and keep a record of new eating habits...and get off that butt and exercise!!(lol)!!!...Kill joy ??ME??!!!

think of weight maintenance as a see-saw, on one side is calories taken, on the other is calories burned off, if you take in more than burned off, the balance is in favor of calories in, thus weight gained. If the opposite, and balance goes to calories burned, then balance is in favor of weight loss! By the way, Carbohydrates is the name of the nutrient group, others are Fats, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, and Water. The Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins all yield some calories. Calorie is the way that the energy within a food is measured, as to its content and energy given as it is burned off.
