I say "I LOVE YOU" to my husband, before he goes to work. When I see or talk on the phone to my mother, aunties, brothers, sisters, nieces, children, grandchildren, and friends our conversation always end with "I LOVE YOU". By the way, before I go to sleep I tell my husband, "I LOVE YOU".

Every morning my 3 dogs let me sleep hoping to go for a walk the second I get up, because of them I do go for walks and I say a heartfelt I love you every morning while they are trying to boost me out the door for our walk!!

Everyday to my wife and kids. Love is the greatest emotion that a person can express and recieve and it keeps us healthy and happy, whereas people who are filled with hate tend to be negative and physically sick more often.
