From what I have heard is that Obama has ask congress for money to help pay for everyone’s bills. The problem congress says is if they do that then they will need to send out bills to everyone in America. Therefore, they say if they pay one bill then you will get another so why bother in the first place. Obama doesn’t like this because maybe your bill will get lost in the mail and you will have something for nothing. So we will see what happens but I know the post office sure needs the money from all these bills.
