    My wife has not claimed on car insurance for 15 years and even then the accident was the fault of the other driver who accepted liability and no claims was not affected. She has changed insurance companies over the years a few times and some companies have recorded over 5 years no claims. She has just changed again to Axa and quoted over 15 years.     Are you saying your wife told the insurance company, she hadn't claimed in 15 years, but in fact it was 8 years, if this is so ,it is a wonder she hasn't been scrubbed by all car insurance companies for making a false statement. --- or are you saying the insurance company have a wrong number of years no claim!!!

    I would inform the company making the incorrect information available, and if they didn't fix it, report them to the agency overseeing their licensing in your state. You have the right not to have incorrect information financially affecting your life.
