    Can you tell me Why, a big Energy Company like e-On can charge premium phone number to query Bill.

    I have just found out that every time I telephone e-On over my Electic/Gas Account my phone call mis charged at preium rate????

      These companies are famous for ripping off their customers, nothing much you can do about it though.
