You got enough money to run from state to state and you can't support your own kid(s)?  There is a word for someone like you, but I don't want to be suspended. here.  
NO, it won't save you from paying child support arrears.  Those will follow you to the grave.  

A debt to your heritage is impossible to avoid and it carries over from lifetime to lifetime until it is fully paid no matter how long it may take. You think your life is so small that you can avoid the consiquences of what you have done and answer to no one, but that is only a dream you tell yourself to alleviate your pangs of guilt for attempting to be irresponsible for the effects of your actions. You don’t see that you have left so much of your life behind that you will never feel complete without the simple remedy of being a responsible person to those you choose to abandon.   

Giving to your children should not be avioded, Supporting them is only right, Why have children if you don't want them. I support my family even though some of them work with me.  they can have anything with in reason, they are my children
