That's a tall order! But as I grow I seem to have been striving to perform miracles like these...the one most daunting for me is the "forgiveness" factor...some things are just unforgiveable and I try to understand HOW forgiveness is for the forgiver...but true forgiveness? I don't know about this...letting it go is impossible when there exist daily reminders of having been "targeted" for abuse long ago.This is the one thing most difficult to accomplish for me! :)

See your body as a house. As time goes on the house may have problems. The roof may need repairs. A shutter may come loose. A critter may nibble in your garden. Your floor doesn’t look as shiny. Your eye lashes don’t grow long and lovely. Your feet may hurt easier. You will have to cut down the Marathon. The mirror sometimes whispers stuff you have to not listen to.
I think of this almost every day as I go swiftly into my golden years.
