You need to get the square footage.
Length X Width (in feet not inches).
Then it depends on the size of the tile as to how many you will need.
So, say your length is 30 feet and your width is 20 feet, (30 X 20 = 600) then you have 600 square feet to cover.
If your tiles are 1 ft X 1 ft then that's 1 square foot. Divide 1 into 600 and that gives you 600 tiles that you will need.
