    if a person entered a building is he/she guilty of Tresspassing? or does this come under the burglary act?

    To consider a scenario to determine if person guilty of burglary under S.9 (1) of the Theft Act 1968

    If you entered the bilding without permission then i could be said to be tresspassing however if you are in that building for a reason then it is not commented as tresspassing.I would reccomend if anyone in this situation then ask proffesionals.Also it could be caused for burglary act if you actually touched something and I would say no for both of theese if in reason.
