food is the nutrition you eat to keep you body functioning!!!....A GOOD WELL BALANCED DIET IS WHAT IS NEEDED...FRUIT..VEG...CARBOHYDRATES..MEAT/FISH(if not vegetarian...protein)...i`m not quite sure how you`ve got this far without knowing what food is?? :-Z...!food is yummy!!! :-)...TOO yummy IMHO!!! :-))lol
