The quick answer is-- "he stole it'.. Taking property away from the Jews, confiscating form all that were against his cause and then killing them, and ironically, he secured many loans, believe it or not, even from the USA and Russia and many others. Money was not a problem for Hitler's 'war effort'. One look at their military might you can see this as they were actually much better equipped that their enemies at the time. And ahead in war technology.  He and his  advisors were geniuses at attaining 'war-marks'.. Through 'hook or crook'  Just didn't have a clue how to put it to good use, and that is why his war machine lost. It wasn't because he ran out of money.

He stole the money one way or another for one thing.....

Like all party's do "Borrowing IT .In his case Stealing said he was "JEW" it Robbed the Jews to pay his "DUE`S for building war ships planes tanks . Looting other  Countries starting his world conquering .Nearly done it. I would be speaking "german now instead of Scottish ."OH what a "Thought .
