    What is wrong with this sentence??? I love you Karen cried Mark Dont you understand that

    I am having trouble and I have been asked to rewrite the following sentence with quotation marks, commas, apostrophes, full stops or question marks.

    "I love you, Karen," cried Mark. "Don't you understand that?"


    "I love you, Karen!" cried Mark, "dont you understand that?"

    You can write it a number of ways, but you said you need to put full stops too. This correct.

    I put another one in with an exclamation mark. The next part also does not need a capital as it is a continuation of the other sentence, but you do need the quotation marks.
