This depends on your personal cycle but generally 25-30 days after your last one (they start the count on the first day of a real flow-not spotting). So, using the 25-30 days that would be May 11-May 16 to start your next pd. You should write the first day of full flow on your calender to keep track-and it doesnt have to be obvious You can use a symbol, circle the date put pdst (period start) somewhere in the date square..etc

Cycle varies greatly from one person to another...i`d say starting is on average between 21-28 days...as Clonge says ..don`t know your age!...But if you have any bleeding between periods or are worried then you should see your GP!(Contaceptive pill can also alter your period times and duration)..But check it out to be on the safe side!
