In a FireFox browser: go to 'Tools', then choose 'Add-ons' and choose the toolbar you wish to uninstall.
Uninstalling can also be done by the standard uninstalling prodess: go to 'start', choose 'Control Panel', then 'Add/Remove Programs' (or 'Programs and Features on vista), and then click the program you wish to uninstall.
I was not familiar with the second toolbar you mentioned.
