Does anyone still have the flyer from Progress Energy offering $350 rebate for water heaters?

I had a flyer with my bill from Progress Energy informing customers about a potential $350 rebate for customers who install a Rinnai-type instant water heater (instead of the usual tank style). I don't have my flyer but I do have a Rinnai instant hot water system.
