You can't as you can not use the foot to stand up with. You need a chair designed for bath tubs. I'm assuming you do not have a shower stall? You may have to just take a GI bath for now. A basin with  soapy water and a face cloth. The same as a bed bath.

    Bwwwahhhh!!!

There are two kinds of casts- one cannot get wet and one can.  If you can't get it wet put a plastic bag over it and use a ribbon, cord, to tie it closed- not too tight!!!  One the bath is filled with water carefully get into it so the broken foot can rest on the edge of the tub.  Wash yourself then carefully get out of the tub....can you walk or stand on that foot briefly?  I assumed you could.  If you cannot and do not have someone able to help you into a tub then you will need to sponge bathe your body.

To wash your hair you can kneel outside of the tub and wash it under the spigot or wash it by pouring a pitcher of water over your head (your head should be bent far enough into the tub- or a sink so the water lands there-) shampoo, then rinse your hair with another pitcher or two of water.  You can put a towel around your neck during this to catch water that doesn't go into the tub/sink.

    Dang. You're back.....

When my fingers were broken, I bagged them securely and pretty much held up my arm in the shower or bath to prevent getting the cast wet.
With a foot, you would do the same thing.  Keep the foot elevated and out of the water.  Contact a medical supply store (pharmacy store can direct you if you can't find one) for more ideas and equipment/supplies.
