Microsoft Excel is about analysis of alpha numeric data which is entered in the worksheet cells. Therefore information in the word document should preferably be in the form of a table with rows and columns, so that these rows and columns can be selected and copied in the cells of Excel worksheet. After that necessary editing and formatting can be done to improve the presentation of the relevant data
