does any body else think that getting $14.99 back from Novartis for the 250 count Excedrin extra strength caplets when I or maybe you paid more and just because I didn't save receipt they won't give me the average price of $35.00 . Anybody else going through this or have this happen to them?

When I return something without a receipt, I get a refund for the current price OR the lowest price they have charged for the item EVER.   Dardaigh is right....save your receipts just for occasions like that.

Many times stores put items on sale. Without your receipt to prove you paid full price, the store has to refund the last sale price of an item, it ony makes sense. Keep those receipts!
