        usually found in basements or areas that are constantly wet and stagnant,There are many different types of mold and fungus and bacteria.Some BLACK molds could be deadly,so I would get professional help and advice to remove,diagnose problem and repair so it does not return.Also fresh ventilation to circulate air helps,etc...
