Hate is like having a small, wild, vicious , carniverous animal in your pocket that reminds you of its presence by gnawing on you without provocation. Occasionally you take it out of your pocket and throw it at someone as an expression of your creatures blood thirst. Then it returns to you satisfied for a little while and nips at you to remind you of your pet creature. The creature never rests and gnaws on you as it continues to grow and evolve to your complete assimilation. If you care for and feed your creature it will grow and you will become it. Feeding thereafter is on others to grow larger.
Love feeds and nourishes the soul of your creation to grow in loving living ways that enhance your enjoyment of life and brings you a comprehension of love, truth and beauty to enrich your love and appreciation of life. Love teaches you to banish hatred by forgiveness and understanding of others and to shun hatred by recognizing its unloving intentions. Love is all you are.
The illusion of hate is born in the belief in dualism as a concession to the quest for an opposite to love. Love, in fact, has no opposite. The idea of hate is energetic alteration of perception without meaning or order….willful disorder in opposition to truth…a quest not to know a fact.

Peace on earth. No more bigotry or discrimination. A place where everyone respects each other and their opinions and beliefs completely. No more crime or drugs or predators. No more evil. Problems solved easily and fairly. No more lawyers! (Sorry, lawyers.)
It sounds terrific! Except that life would be pretty boring. But I'd take it, wouldn't you? :)
Remember this?
I'd like to teach the world to sing... In perfect harmony
I'd like to buy the world a Coke and keep it company.

Nothing..... If you swapped love for hate, technically you would be switching places. So people who loved someone would in turn hate that person and so on.
But, I know what you mean this world needs more love, just like the old song from the 60's or 70's, anyone know which song I'm referring to?
