spyware blocker

it is on my desktop and does not allow me to open my email. How do I get passed that?

Remove it. Any program that prevents you from doing something basic like opening your e-mail is not a good one. Unless it's preventing you from opening a single e-mail and then it might just be doing it's job.

In order to uninstall a program press the 'Start' button, then open the 'Control Panel' and double click the option 'Programs and Properties', then search for the program you wish to uninstall on the programs list, double click it and choose 'Uninstall'.
