Do you know your e-mail address? If you have a Yahoo, gmail, hotmail or other such account you can google the place where you made your email. Now if you do not remember the user name or password you may not be able to access them unless you have a backup e-mail. If you have a backup e-mail then you can ask your e-mail site to send you the user or unlock the password to the backup e-mail address. If they unlock your password then you will have to change the password once you get back into your account.

Other wise it may be easier to create another account and this time document the user name and password and keep it where only you will know where it is.

To create a Facebook account go to https://www.facebook.com     This will put you at the login or create an account page. You will need an email address for this. Follow the directions for filling out the information for your account. Thats it your done!
