Love is not a faucet that runs hot and cold, nor a television that you turn off and on.  
What you DO is respect the marriage and keep your feelings to yourself....your hands, etc. too.

If this person doesn't want you and he's happily married why are you in the picture in the first place? You need to get lost!! Go find someone else that cares and not married. This one way relationship is going nowhere and can end up as nothing but heartaches for you and trouble for him-- If you think he's going to divorce his wife for you, forget it, it won't happen in your case, if he does divorce, he will run far away from you too.  Don't be a home wrecker. Find your own life and get out of theirs!

You can't really love 2 people at the same time, so either he doesn't love you, or he doesn't love his wife, but until he is truly single, steer clear!! Find someone who is free to love you.

I have seen this many times.  Sad and true.  Keep yourself busy.  Find some new interests.  Think in a different direction and before you know it these feelings of yours will fade.  The right man will come along when you least expect it... when you are being the best you can be and are enjoying your life. 

If he is happily married then you would be ruining his happiness-  If you love someone ruining their happiness for your gain is....selfish!  Move on!
