CB,the debate you and Roy are having, is perfectly the same as me and Venny had a looooong time ago,,i was a man type dog man,,not a poof'y toy dog man,,however we ended up with a Shi-Tzu,,greatest animal we ever had,,Loyal and smarter than a lot of humans,click on the link i give and read up,,the Shi-Tzu was almost extinct,,he comes with a hell of a lot of history..And believe me,he will own you.and he will always see himself as a lion..he will even melt the heart of a Scottish Warrior in a dress.(KILT!!!!!!!!).if you have hot summers keep him clipped,but do not cut too short around his eyes..

RR is gone, hopefully to the no return termini, we will work on the dog thing, maybe a small terrier of the Staffordshire type, who knows, our future will be good.

Agree Terry, dogs is dogs, they are what we make them, hey, they ALL come from the same friggin thing, a WOLF, medium size will do for me, not too fussy.
