The correct answer is 83,333.33.  Interesting.  I multiplied 250,000 x 0.333 to get 83,250.  However, when I multiplied 83,250 x 3.33, I get 249,750.  If I multiply 83,333 x 3, then I get 249,999.

I also multiplied 250,000 x .333 and got 83,250.  If I further divide 3250 by 33.3, I get 2500, which is 1% of 250,000.  Makes me feel like I got this right.
