    Don't have one but wind the carburretor mixture screws fully in strip the carb and clean it. wind out the jet screws 1/2 to one turn . get a compression tester and check the compression on all cylinders if they haven't all got the same  approxx it won't run around 150 to 180 psi from memory it,s been a long time . Mark the position of the magneto on crankcase before stripping engine and check spark also b4 stripping you can cut back the plug leads and fit new caps to them in some cases to get a spark hope this is useful make sure oilpump lever isn't seized
