      She cans the darned things anyway and serves them to friends three weeks later while hosting a ..."Hey is that You?... This is Me!" party.


      Curiously enough the olives are a hit and so is her salsa!!!

        So, they might taste better. She is a freshman in College.  Few, if any, of her friends will be effected by having a few of these olives.  Nest time, if she realizes what has happened, she can double the rest of the recipe before canning/ bottling.
