NO. It's the area in which you live that determines how much you'll get ripped off for. My brother is having extensive work done to his property/house. The price range is unbelievable. I call it legal theft. I'm familiar with construction and he asks me for advise. I have let him know that the price quoted is way to high and to get at least four estimates in writting and shove it under the noses of the next thief bidding on the job. They bid against each other and an amount is eventually agreed upon. Get estimates and show them to each of the contractors.
