My theory as to why he doesn't like Johnny Cash....Because Johnny wouldn't go out the "fema" way he alreay went down a burning ring of fire..:)

Um..here's the deal- I am willing to talk to anyone who admits there is a problem and there may be a better way of dealing with it!! If they think my "passion" isn't an issue- there is no sense in talking about it...I've already heard every reason why "it's not an issue" and I don't agree.

Civility goes out the window with certain subjects. Emotions take hold and the BS begins. With very few exceptions do people opt out of a conversation. I was guilty as well. However, I'm not wasting anymore time with those who have an agenda, that I have previously made my thoughts clear on a given topic. Click, poof I'm gone. Drag someone else's head.

Absolutely, sometimes looking through "new" eyes are not only thought provoking but beneficial, I have a dislike for people that come into our workplace with their own agenda, I do however appreciate lateral thinking and practical suggestions, I dislike criticism unless the person that is doing this also has a suggestion that may prove to be beneficial or at least worth trying,however on a personal level I do have very strong feelings on things I will never be persuaded to change, they are my basic morals and values and are non negotiable
