I live in the land of the rain... I embrace it or I would cry.  I have the most awesome pair of rubber boots... and a large collection of hats!

RAIN ON ME!

It's raining in my part of CA too. I was in traffic for 2 hours going 30 miles. CA peeps can not drive when the streets are wet, its like the old carnival dodgem cars.

I HATE RAIN. Too many things have to be done outside. The only good thing is, that I don't feel guilty about spending so much time here.

I dont mind when it rains a day or two, After that it becomes depressing. Last week we had temps in the 60s and high seventies and today its snowing

Here in Yreka it’s raining and I love the rain, resided in Eureka for 15 years and loved the weather there too. Along the cost to Alaska it is so foggy most of the year. You have to love fog to stay in that environment. Here in Yreka the spring rains give way to summer…briefly…a very few hot days and back into the deep freeze. Tomatoes grow well some years (1 in 6~7 years). It is too much work to reside here so we are considering moving to a more salubrious environment like Australia or New Zealand. We haven’t decided yet.   

Well it is early Spring, i guess we can expect some rain, which brings growth as well as renewal, but like Ann says it does get a bit depressing, give me a sunny day and i'll be happy..

I don't like it. It means carrying an umbrella, probably getting wet, can make for dangerous driving, delays baseball games...I wish I could just make it rain while I'm sleeping. Karen didn't like it either: http://youtu.be/dPmbT5XC-q0
