Here in Yreka it’s raining and I love the rain, resided in Eureka for 15 years and loved the weather there too. Along the cost to Alaska it is so foggy most of the year. You have to love fog to stay in that environment. Here in Yreka the spring rains give way to summer…briefly…a very few hot days and back into the deep freeze. Tomatoes grow well some years (1 in 6~7 years). It is too much work to reside here so we are considering moving to a more salubrious environment like Australia or New Zealand. We haven’t decided yet.

I don't like it. It means carrying an umbrella, probably getting wet, can make for dangerous driving, delays baseball games...I wish I could just make it rain while I'm sleeping. Karen didn't like it either: http://youtu.be/dPmbT5XC-q0
