the fee table of a small cap fund indicates that the fund has a 12 b-1 fee of 0.35 percent and an expense ratio of 1.65 percent that is collected once a year on December 1. If I had shares valued at $31,000 on December 1, what is the amount of the 12 b-1 fee for this year?

HI  IF YOUR 12b-1 FEE IS  0.35% PER YEAR   WHAT THIS MEANS IS YOU WOULD BE PAYING

    35 cents FOR EVERY 100 dollars  INVESTED  SO  $ 31000 / 100 = 310 X 35 cents  =  10850 cents

    =108.5 dollars

    expense ratio if flate rate at 1.65% per year should be   $31000 x 1.65/100 = $ 511.5

    HOPE THIS HELPS
