My therapy dog Inca passed her annual personality testing on Saturday.
She has to be tested each 12 months to detect any bad habits.
She has to have people shouting at her, a life like doll held in her face and jiggled around. must walk past a cake treat without attempting to take it, must take offered food gently, must not take notice of other dogs, I have to leave her for a short period when I am out of sight and she must await my return. she has to come when called.
Passing this means another year at the "Oldies" in the aged care facility.
She had a vet check early in the week and I had to take her "health certificate"with me.
Not very exciting for you guys but means a lot to me.

COOL BEANS! What a wonderful way to spend time, Peopelover, bringing the spunk and love of a dog to those who aren't able to be as independent as they once were! Congratulations to you and Inca. She sounds like a real sweetheart, and I'm sure that has much to do with her "pet human". XO
