Hackers can use proxy's that show their IP address in one place when they are really in another. The security team is working in this issue and have implemented one safety feature to stop this hacker. There are more features to come. The fact that no personal information is asked other than an e-mail address when one joins akaQA means the members real life identity and safety is not at risk. The worse damage a hacker can do here is to post stuff through your account and give TD's and TU's.

The security team is taking care of this. Python's suggestion for people to change their account password is a good one. Let's leave it at that. Even the CIA has trouble tracking some criminals. Unless you're a skilled hacker, I think you can't even begin to imagine the possibilities.
